Tips from the team: The French have a lotion called "dicloffnac" that's great for muscle pain. It's available by prescription at different strengths (legally and all that) in the US at various strengths. (Thanks, Mom!)
What we've been doing: Stretching, weight training, cardio, walking, swimming, biking, aerobics, track and field, household tasks, tai chi, calisthenics, stairs, jogging, yoga, horseback riding, pilates, marching, and circuit training!
